• Each publisher is responsible for maintaining their own section of titles on the site, including addressing issues if they have uploaded an incorrect version.
• You are likely to find more traction by contacting those publishers directly rather than through us, though we can forward on your message. 

Bits and Mortar does not independently send PDFs without the involvement of a participating publisher or retailer. We do not ourselves validate or verify qualifying purchases.

• If you are coming here to have a PDF issued for a purchase you made, it's the wrong place—you need to talk to the participating retailer first.
• Some publishers may also have policies that allow for them to send you PDFs independently of retailers. In such cases, contact the publisher's customer service (usually via their own website) to inquire.
